This painting was a huge challenge but it was a lot of fun, it made me push myself on some places. The main thing was combining a heavenly and a cosmic mood together, and then I had to also get the likeness of the subject right. The subject of the picture is the person who commissioned me, and while I had some references of his face I still had to invent a lot of stuff, particularly the entire lighting and the way it falls on the features of the face (since the directional light on the references was coming in a different direction). It was a lot of work but I think I'm proud of this one. For this piece I used Clip Studio Paint along with Photoshop, and I gotta say I'm really loving CSP so far! I had only used it a few times before. Now I can say I've used most of the popular drawing softwares out there, except for ProCreate
Also, yes, that is a Jojo Stand hand coming down from the clouds.
